Good Instructions Make For Low Revision Rates
I want to thank our customers and our staff because together you have reduced our revision rate over the last year to a very manageable percentage. We now average a true revision rate of less than 5%! Some months it is as low as 2%. This means that for every 100 orders, only 2 to 5 customers ask for something to be revised in the paper they ordered. This is a sign of just how great our writers are.
It wasn't easy to create our unique quality control system, but it allows us to keep our revision rate low and our clients extremely happy. We take every revision seriously. We write a lot of papers, so we have a streamlined process for revisions that simplifies everything. Nothing makes us happier than keeping our respectable and paying clients satisfied.
Our writers review every revision request. When the writer has omitted something, the writer is quick to make the adjustments and send the paper back. Other times, a few clients will use revision requests to add requirements not included in the original order. We are happy to work with you to add those extra requirements for a small fee.
Revisions are a part of the business because our work is customized; however, revisions take time and can delay receiving your perfect paper. To help avoid the hassle of revision, I want to encourage customers to think about a few important tips:
- Make sure you have all your instructions in front of you when placing your order.
- Know what position you want to take in your paper (i.e., your thesis) and relay that to our Academic Advisors.
- Plan to receive your paper well before your own paper is due so you will have time to review the paper. There is nothing worse than rushing things and making careless mistakes.
- If you feel our Academic Advisor isn't clear exactly on any of your requirements, please let us know and tell us again so we can get it right the first time.
- Understand that when you give us the freedom to take a stand on an issue (i.e. pick a side in a controversy, etc.) you will not be able to request a revision to the opposite position or otherwise modify what you requested when placing your order.
- If you want to add requirements after receiving your paper, you can simply email us and request a quote on it and our staff will quickly reply.
Our clients help us reduce our revision rate and keep our quality high. We try to educate all our clients on how to work with us best when ordering. The next time you order, remember that our writers follow instructions but need details to give you exactly what you expect. Communicate with us clearly, and we'll deliver a high quality paper that'll put a smile on your face.
